摘要 盾构冬季始发期间,循环水系统、泡沫系统、加泥系统和注浆系统中的水冻凝可导致系统管路堵塞、阀体卡滞、仪表失灵,盾构无法调试。北京地铁10号线二期07标段盾构区间工程引入电伴热技术,对上述系统进行加热保温,防止水冻凝,完成盾构调试,实现冬季始发。 During launching of shield machine in winter, water freezing which may usually appear in water circulation system, foam system, mud adding system and grouting system will cause system pipeline plugging, valve body stagnating, instrument failure; and with such and such a fauh, the shield machine cannot be debugged. To solve this problem, for the tunnel engineering of No. 7 bidding section of second stage projects of Beijing Metro Line 10, the electric heat tracing technology was adopted to do heating and heat preservation for above-mentioned systems so as to prevent water from freezing. As a result, with this technology, the debugging and launching of the shield machine in winter have been achieved.
