摘要
对于下穿道路或管线等构筑物的地铁出入口通道,选择何种经济合理的施工工法以满足通道上方的沉降要求、减小施工风险一直是个工程难题。结合哈尔滨市轨道交通一号线电表厂站5号出入口下穿通道工程,介绍一种钢管节顶进后浇筑钢筋混凝土内衬的顶管施工方案,对该方案的比选、施工工艺及钢管节的设计进行论述。该方案可有效降低施工风险、缩减工期、减小对城市交通及管线工程的影响。
For a metro entrance-exit underpass beneath the existing road or pipeline or other structures, how to select economic and reasonable construction method which can meet settlement requirement of the structure above the underpass and can reduce construction risk, is an engineering puzzle all the time. This paper, combined with the No. 5 entrance-exit underpass beneath existing structure at Dianbiaochang Station on Harbin Metro Line 1 , introduces a construction scheme of pipe jacking method, in which concrete inner lining should be poured after steel tube segment being jacked. And then, discusses the comparison and selection of this scheme, the construction process and the steel tube segment design. This scheme can reduce construction risk efficiently, shorten construction period, and can weaken the influence on urban traffic and pipeline engineering.
