摘要 为了评估ZPW-2000A无绝缘移频轨道电路的可靠性、可用性和维修性(RAM),对其进行逐层向下分解并建立ZPW-2000A无绝缘移频轨道电路的可靠性框图。通过使用可靠性预计和维修性预计求出最小可更换模块或部件的故障率与维修率,然后使用马尔可夫模型和可靠性框图求解出ZPW-2000A无绝缘移频轨道电路的可靠性指标与可维护性指标,并根据所得到的可靠性指标与可维护性指标求解出ZPW-2000A无绝缘移频轨道电路的可用性指标。最后根据所得到的指标,判断其是否达到系统需求。 In order to evaluate the reliability, availability and maintainability( RAM ) of ZPW-2000A Jointless Audio Frequency-shift Modulated Track Circuit, the block diagram of ZPW-2000A Jointless Audio Frequency-shift Modulated Track Circuit was constructed by top-down layer decomposition. Then the failure rate and repair rate of the smallest replaceable module or unit can be gotten by using the reliability prediction and maintainability prediction. Next, by using Markov model and reliability block diagram, the reliability indexes and maintainability indexes of ZPW-2000A Jointless Audio Frequency-shift Modulated Track Circuit can be obtained. Also the availability indexes of ZPW-2000A Jointless Audio Frequency-shift Modulated Track Circuit can be calculated according to the obtained reliability indexes and maintainability indexes. Finally, according to the obtained indexes, determine whether it can meet system requirements.
