摘要
研究了深穿透地球化学样品中活动态金的提取条件,实验了提取剂的选择、提取固液比、提取时间、提取液pH值、提取时温度对活动态金提取效果的影响。使用金活动态提取剂对样品进行动静态提取后,用超低灰分活性炭吸附Au,灰化后用王水溶解,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定。该方法检出限为0.05 ng/g。通过在新疆干旱荒漠戈壁金窝子隐伏金矿实验区的应用实践表明,所圈定的异常与实际矿体位置相符。
The leaching conditions for determination of mobile forms gold in deep-penetrating geochemical samples were studied in this paper. Experiments parameter studied the influence these parameters have on the dynamic extraction effect of gold including the selection of extraction agent experiment, solid-liquid mixing ratio, extraction time, pH and extraction temperature. After using Mobile Forms Gold extraction agent for dynamic and static extraction from samples, ultra low ash activated carbon is used for the adsorption of Au. After ashing, the gold is dissolved by pure aqua-regia, and determined by GF-AAS with detection limit of 0.05 ng/g. The method was applied in one buried gold deposit in Xinjiang and the results show that the delineated anomalies are consistent with the actual ore bodies.
