摘要
介绍匹兹堡大学图书馆系统开展的建立支持科研与教学的新型学科馆员制度的改革,从其最新发展规划、学科化服务新框架等方面的发展情况以及在开放获取方面的新进展,梳理出匹兹堡大学图书馆学科化服务的发展脉络与方向。匹兹堡大学图书馆从组织架构和发展框架上强调建立彻底转变为以用户为中心的学科化服务新模式,为国内研究型图书馆建设学科馆员制度提供借鉴。
This paper introduced the reform on development of a new model for subject liaison service to support the research and education in University Library System of University of Pittsburgh using interviews, literature reviews and follow-up, including the background, development strategies, new framework of subject service, and the progress in open access. It also discussed the context and development directions of subject liaison service in University of Pittsburgh library system, which stress on the radical transformation to users oriented and will provide reference for the development of subject liaison system in domestic research libraries.
