网络结构洞对企业技术创新活动的影响研究 被引量:34

Impact of network structural holes on enterprise technological innovation activities

摘要 现有研究认为网络结构洞对企业技术创新活动具有两种完全相反的作用:一方面,网络结构洞扩大了企业可接触的信息的多样性,因此,有利于企业技术创新活动,但是另一方面,网络结构洞增加了企业暴露于机会主义行为中的危险,因此,不利于企业技术创新活动。实际上,如果考虑到不同类型的企业技术创新活动,那么这两种作用可能相互并不矛盾。本研究分析了网络结构洞对企业不同类型技术创新活动的影响,结果表明:网络结构洞有利于企业探索式技术创新活动,并且信任正向调节这两者间的关系,但是,网络结构洞对企业利用式技术创新活动的影响并不显著。 The existing research shows that the network structural hole has two totally opposite effects on the enterprise technolog-ical innovation activities i.e. on the one hand, the network structural hole expands the diversity of touchable information, exer-ting a positive impact on technological innovation activities; on the other hand, the network structural hole increases the risk of opportunistic behavior, bringing a negative effect on the technological innovation activities. In fact, taking the different types of technological innovation activities into consideration, these two effects might not be contradictory. The study results show that net-work structural holes have a positive impact on the exploratory innovation, and the trust has positively moderated the relation be-twecn two of them. Network structural holes have the insignificant impact on the exploitative innovation activity.
