摘要
地县一体化系统与配电网调控自动化系统的架构设计与开发已经获得成功。但是在主网系统和配电网系统之间依然存在大量图模重复维护、数据重复采集、应用重复建设和信息共享困难的情况。为了解决以上问题,文中提出了一种基于双核架构的分布式地县配一体化技术支持系统。该架构保留了地县一体化系统与配电网调控自动化系统的双域结构,在数据采集层面利用分布式采集技术实现了统一数据采集,在图模维护层面利用模型细粒度自动拼接实现了双核子系统中的主网模型共享,并在此基础上实现了一体化监控、一体化仿真培训、一体化自动电压控制等应用。
The city-county dispatching automation integrated system and distribution network dispatching automation system have been successfully developed and applied in some areas. But there is still some duplicated work to do in both systems, including model and diagram maintenance, data acquisition for some substations and basic network analysis applications. In order to resolve these problems, a technical support system of distributed city-county distribution automation based on dual- core structure is put forward. This structure maintains the relative independence of city-county dispatching automation integrated system and distribution network dispatching automation system, and adopts distributed data acquisition technology to realize unified data acquisition. It also adopts automatic model clipping to realize main station model sharing, integrated monitoring, integrated simulation training and integrated automatic voltage control.
