摘要
目的:探讨脂联素、LOX-1与原发性高血压发生、发展的关系。方法:收集120例原发性高血压患者,根据血压水平分组,高血压1级(37例),2级(40例),3级43例,同时选取健康对照40例。于肘静脉采血,采用ELISA法检测血浆脂联素及sLOX-1浓度,同时检测相关生化指标。结果:1、2、3级组脂联素水平均低于健康对照组,且3级组脂联素水平明显低于1级组(P<0.01);相反,1、2、3级组sLOX-1的水平均高于对照组,且3级组LOX-1水平明显高于1级组(P<0.01);血浆脂联素和sLOX-1水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.903,P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压的发病与血浆脂联素及sLOX-1水平有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the relations between adiponectin, LOX-1 and the development of essential hypertension. Methods 120 patients with essential hypertension were divided into 3 groups according to the levels of blood pressure : hypertension grade 1,2,3 groups with 37,40, and 43 cases, respectively ; another 40 normal controls as control group. Peripheral blood samples were collected from cubital vein, and the plasma concentrations of adiponectin and LOX-1 were measured by ELISA technique, and also the related biochemical indicators were tested. Results The plasma levets of adiponectin in hypertension grade 1,2,3 groups were significantly lower than that in control group, and that in hypertension grade 3 group was lower than that in hypertension grade 1 group (P 〈 0.01 ). The plasma levels of LOX-1 in hypertension grade 1,2,3 groups were significantly higher than that in control group, and that in hypertension grade 3 group was higher than that in hypertension grade 1 group (P 〈 0.01 ). Plasma level of LOX-I was negatively correlated with adiponectin (r = -0.903, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Plasma levels of LOX-1 and adiponectin were closely related to essential hypertension.
