基于动力机制视角的传统企业创新转型路径选择

创新是推动企业转型发展的内生动力。本文在研究传统企业创新转型、创新转型的动力机制以及动力的影响因素的基础上,提出了传统企业创新转型的方向和创新转型的路径选择,包括市场培育下的企业创新转型、社会中介服务下的企业创新转型、市场调节和政府培育共同作用下的企业创新转型以及商业模式创新下的企业创新转型等,旨在加快传统企业创新转型的步伐。

Innovation is the endogenous motivation of business transformations. Based on the study of the innovations and transformations and the motive mechanism as well as the influencing factors of the motivation of traditional enterprises, this paper puts forward the basis of the transformation orientations and the path choices of traditional enterprises, including innovations and trans-formations in market cultivation, social intermediary services, market regulation and government cultivation, and innovations of the business model, which aims to speed up the transformation pace of the traditional enterprises.
