制造企业ERP深化应用评价指标体系构建及综合评价

ERP在我国经历近30年的应用实践,目前已进入深化应用阶段。企业不仅关心如何深化应用ERP,更关心深化应用的效果以及如何促进企业管理持续改善。本文在对相关文献分析的基础上,结合ERP深化应用的特点,采用AHP法构建ERP深化应用评价递阶层次指标体系,运用灰色模糊综合评价模型,以"日立电梯"ERP系统深化应用为例,进行实证研究,验证该评价指标体系和评价方法运用于评价制造企业ERP深化应用水平的可行性和有效性,以期为制造企业客观、全面、系统地评价ERP深化应用水平提供参考。

After nearly thirty years＇ application in China, ERP has gradually come into the phase of further application nowadays. The enterprises are not only concerned about deepening the application of ERP, but also pay more attention to the deepening ef-fects and the ways of how to promote the continuous improvement of enterprise management. Based on analyses of related literature and combined with the features of further applications of ERP, this paper applies the AHP method to build a hier- archy index system for evaluation of further application of ERP, and then uses the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to conduct a case study of further application of ERP of Hitachi elevators to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the index system and the evaluation method in manufacturing industry as to provide a reference for manufacturing enterprises to make an objective, comprehensive and systematic evaluation for further application of ERP.
