基于DEA方法的西部地区旅行社经营效率研究

西部旅游产业是我国从旅游大国向旅游强国发展的主要后劲所在。旅行社是旅游产业的重要支柱,其经营效率决定着西部旅游产业的可持续发展。本文运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法中的C2R和BCC模型,对西部地区12个省市区旅行社的经营效率进行实证分析,发现四川、重庆达到技术有效;云南、西藏、宁夏3省区纯技术有效而规模无效;内蒙古、甘肃等6省区纯技术和规模均无效。最后从适度控制旅行社产业规模、加强旅行社的人力资源管理、应用技术缩小旅行社收入差距三方面提出了改进建议。

The western tourism industry is a major force of our tourism development. And travel agencies are an important part of the tourism industry, whose operating efficiencies determine the sustainable development of the western tourism industry. Through the C^2R arid BCC models of data envelopment analysis （DEA）, this paper analyzes operating efficiencies of travel agencies in 12 provinces and cities of the western China. The results show that the travel agencies in Sichuan and Chongqing have efficient technologies, those in Yunnan, Tibet and Ningxia provinces have efficient pure technologies and inefficient scales, and those in Inner Mongolia, Gansu and other six provinces get inefficient pure technologies and inefficient scales. Finally, it brings forward improvement suggestions from the following three aspects： moderately controlling industrial scales of travel agencies, strengthening the management of human resources of travel agencies and applying technologies to narrow the income gap be-tween travel agencies.
