基于转化主体与方式的科技成果转化评估

科技成果转化难一直是我国科研活动中的棘手问题,也是我国科研机构及政府主管部门亟待解决的热点问题。科技成果价值的实现在于科技成果得到快速、有效的应用、普及与转化。本文依从上述观点,在厘清科技成果与科技成果转化本质的基础上,依据转化主体、转化方式的不同,对科技成果转化类型进行深入归纳与提炼,进而从转化与否及转化程度两个层面,对不同类型的科技成果转化评估标准给予完善与补充。

The difficulty in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has been a thorny issue in both research in-stitutions and government authorities in China. The value realization of S＆T achievements lies in rapid and effective appli-cation, popularity and transformation. Based on clarifications of S＆T achievements and transformations of S＆T achievements, according to different transforming subjects and ways, this paper classifies and abstracts the transforming types of S＆ T achievements, and then, according to whether the achievements can be transformed and the degrees of transformations, completes and complements the assessment standards for different types of transformations of S＆T achievements.
