河南省A股上市公司现状评价

截至2011年12月31日,河南省63家上市公司在地区、行业、经营和资本结构方面虽取得了一些成就,但也存在一些问题。通过分析最新资料发现,河南还有些地区仍无一家上市公司;有众多的文物古迹和山川名胜,是旅游大省,至今却无一家旅游类上市公司;虽是人口大省,至今却无一家批发零售业、金融保险业上市公司;经营业绩稍稍优于全国平均水平,但是和中部其他省份相比,有些落后;资本结构在日趋完善,但是上市公司资产负债率差距很大,平均资产负债率水平仍然低于全国平均水平。

By the end of 2011, 63 quoted companies in Henan have received some achievements in regional development, industrial structure and management, and capital structure, but there still exist some problems. After analyzing recent information of Henan, the author finds out that there is no quoted company in some areas of Henan; as a tourism province with numerous cultural relics and famous mountains and rivers, there is no tourism quoted company; as a large populous province, there is no quoted company in wholesale and retail trade industry or insurable and financial industry; the business performance is better than the national average level, but is a little behind, compared with other central provinces in China; although the capital structure is being perfected, there still exists a big gap in asset-liability ratio of quoted company, whose average asset-liability ratio is below the national average level.
