摘要
介绍了事故的简要经过和设备概况,为分析事故的原因在事故现场及拆解现场对套管进行了详细地检查,经解体发现套管安装结构设计中存在问题,并提出了分析意见。
The causes of fault and the situation of equipment are analyzed. The bushing is inspected on fault field and disaggregation field. The problem of bushing mounting structure is found out. The analysis suggestions are presented.
