“医改”推动“教改”打造卓越中医药教育

Medical reform improving education reform, and creating excellent TCM education

基于高等中医药教育跨越医疗和教育两大领域的现实,从"医改"的需求出发分析了高等中医药教育转型发展的社会背景及行业需求,阐述了高等中医药教育改革"3.0时代"的基本特征与主要任务。即加快推进全科人才的培养,探索中医药全科人才培养新模式;全面实施住院医师规范化培训,贯通医学教育职前与职后培养;注重人才个性化发展,构建个性化发展途径;强化中医临床思维和临床能力,保持中医药特色精髓;建立合理的中医药人才评价标准,人尽其才,才尽其用;开展中医临床治疗标准化研究,带动临床教学质量建设。

The authors analyzed the social background and healthcare requirement of the transformation and development of higher TCM education based on the reality of higher TCM education crossing two major fields of heahhcare and education, elaborated the basic characteristics and main task of the reform in times 3.0, including training of general talents, new training mode, standardized training of resident doctors, pre-service and post-service training in medical education, personalized development of talents, cultivation of clinical thinking and ability, keeping of TCM essence, evaluation criterion of TCM talents, standardization of clinical treatment and improvement of TCM clinical teaching quality.
