摘要
从中药学专业人才培养目标定位和培养过程两大方面分析了"两段双向型"人才培养模式的内涵要求,提出了人才培养模式改革遵循原则和主要建设思路,并结合学校开展各项教育教学改革探索出"两段双向型"中药学专业人才培养模式改革的实践路径。
The connotation of talent training mode of 2-stage-double-direction type was analyzed from two aspects： objective and process of TCM talent training. The principles, ideas and practical ways of the reform in talent training mode of 2-stage-double-direction type were explored in specialty of Chinese pharmacy.
