摘要
目的总结PBL在中医妇科学教学中的体会。方法对我院中医学专业本科学生进行PBL法施教,同级中医学(骨伤方向)学生做对照组进行传统教学;采用闭卷考试、调查问卷评价教学效果。结果PBL教学不仅能让学生系统掌握理论知识,而且在提高临床思维方面显著优于传统教学模式。结论PBL与传统教学法相结合,能充分发挥各自的优势,有效提高教学效果。
Objective To sum up the experience on applying problem-based learning (PBL) in the teaching of TCM gynecology. Methods The students in specialty of Chinese medicine in our college were taught with PBL, and other students in specialty of Chinese medicine (direction of orthopedics and traumatology) in the same grade were taught with traditional teaching method. The teaching effectiveness were assessed by using closed-book exam and questionnaire. Results PBL teaching improved the students to grasp systematically the knowledge, and had better results in cultivating clinical thinking than traditional teaching mode.
