摘要
目的探讨案例教学法在护理伦理学教学中的应用效果。方法将我院2008级护理本科学生作为对照组,采用传统的理论讲授教学方法;2009级护理本科学生采用理论讲授结合案例教学法,将两组学生多次的案例分析作业的平均成绩加以比较,在课程结束后,采用自制的调查问卷,了解学生对课程讲授效果的评价。结果两组学生案例分析作业成绩得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组学生的案例分析作业成绩高于对照组同学。结论在护理伦理教学中应用案例教学法,不仅有助于培养护生对护理专业的职业情感,而且有助于培养护生在临床实践中的伦理决策能力。
Objective To probe into the effectiveness of application of case-type teaching method in teaching of nursing ethics. Methods The nursing students of 2008 grade were chosen as control group given traditional theoretical teaching, and nursing students of 2009 grade were chosen as experimental group given traditional theoretical teaching combining case-type teaching. The average scores of multiple case-analysis homework were compared between two groups. At the end of semester, a self-made questionnaire was used to survey students' opinion on the effect of the case-type teaching. Results The scores of case-analysis homework were higher in experimental group than those in control and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The application of case-type teaching method in teaching of nursing ethics has contributed to cultivate students' professional emotion to nursing specialty as well as the ability of ethical decision making in clinic practice.
