直视下行输卵管结扎术后输卵管吻合术38例临床分析

Clinical analysis of tubal anastomosis after tubal ligation by opening abdomen in 38 cases

目的探讨开腹直视下行输卵管结扎术后输卵管吻合术的效果。方法选择38例输卵管结扎术后,夫妇身体健康,符合计划生育政策,无手术禁忌证的患者,行开腹直视下输卵管吻合术。结果随访38例,复通36例,复通率97.4%,复孕率89.5%,其中宫内妊娠31例(81.6%),宫外孕3例(7.9%)。结论开腹直视下行结扎术后输卵管吻合术具有手术成本低、成功率高的优点,适合基层医院开展。

Objective To study the effect on anastomosis after tubal ligation by opening abdomen. Methods The anastomosis of fallopian tube after tubal ligation were performed by opening abdomen in 38 cases with healthy body and without operation contraindication. Results All 38 cases were followed up and the fallopian tube recanalization rate was 97.4% , pregnancy recovery rate was 89.5% including 31 cases （81.6%） with intrauterine pregnancy and 3 cases （7. 9% ） with ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion The open surgery for anastomosis of fallopian tube after tubal ligation has the advantages with high success rate and is suitable for grass -roots hospitals activities.
