污水处理厂一体化MBR池技术改造设计 被引量:4

DESIGN OF TECHNOLOGICAL REFORMATION OF INTEGRATIVE MBR FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

摘要 通过对无锡市新城污水处理厂现状一体化MBR池建(构)筑物、工艺设备、管路系统进行技术改造,优化生物处理段的水力流态,降低能耗,改良污泥回流方式,增加膜池可用面积。整个技术改造的完成,满足了工艺设计要求及建设方提出的标准。 By technological reformation of structure,treatment equipments and pipeline system of integrative MBR system for Xincheng Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wuxi, the hydraulic flow state of biological treatment was optimized; the energy consumption was decreased; the reflux type of sludge was modified and the area of membrane tank was increased. It could meet the requirements of process design and the standard of construction unit when all of technological reformations completed.
