摘要
绿色建造技术是绿色建造实施的前提条件。将绿色建造技术分为施工图绿色设计技术和绿色施工技术两大部分;并分别从"四节一环保"5个要素对绿色建造技术发展进行分析和探讨,共计总结了10个绿色建造发展主题、50项施工图绿色设计技术、74项绿色施工技术及14项其他"四新"技术,以期对我国绿色建造的推进和实施有所裨益。
Green construction technology is a precondition for green construction.The green construction technology is divided into green working drawing design technology and green construction technology in Chinese tradition;and its development is discussed and concluded from aspects of environmental protection,material-saving,water-saving,energy-saving,and land-saving.Ten technology development themes and such green construction technology as 50 green working drawing design technology,74 green construction technology and 14 four-new technology are summarized in order to promote and further implement green construction in China.
