摘要
针对碗扣式模板支架的斜撑刚度取值问题,提出了等效弹簧刚度求解方法。算例结果表明,采用简化的无斜撑计算模型合理,在此基础上建立有斜撑计算模型并结合试验值与有限元计算值可求出斜撑的等效弹簧刚度;通过水平杆与立杆连接节点分别为铰接、刚接、半刚接的计算模型的极限承载力计算值与试验值对比,表明半刚接计算模型能更好地模拟试验的真实工况。
To solve the diagonal bracing rigidity of cuplok support scaffold,a method of equivalent spring rigidity was proposed.The results from an illustrative example show that the simplified calculation model with no diagonal bracing is reasonable.Based on that,a calculation model with diagonal bracing was established and the equivalent spring rigidity of diagonal bracing can be obtained combining the experimental values and the values from finite element calculations.The test results were compared against the calculated ultimate bearing capacities assuming pin,rigid and semi-rigid connections between the horizontal members and vertical members respectively.The result shows that the calculation model with semi-rigid connection simulated the test result best.
