摘要
以天津于家堡金融区起步区03-04地块工程为例,针对钢结构框架体系的特点,介绍了斜钢管柱内高强度高性能混凝土顶升施工方法,重点阐述了斜钢管柱顶升口设置、钢结构深化设计改进、顶升装置设计以及顶升施工控制等多方面内容。通过对斜钢管内混凝土采取顶升施工技术,在保证施工质量的同时大大缩短了工期、降低了施工成本。
Based on Plot 03-04 Project in Yujiapu Financial District of Tianjin,with respect to the characteristics of steel framed structural system,the authors introduce the lifting construction method for high-strength and high-performance concrete in inclined steel tube columns,with an concentration on setting of the lifting entrance,improvement to the detailed design of the steel structure,design of the lifting device and lifting construction control,etc.Application of the lifting construction technology for self-compacting concrete in inclined steel tube columns not only ensured the construction quality,but also shortened the construction period and reduced the construction cost.
