摘要
白水峪大桥总长770m,其中主桥采用预应力混凝土变截面连续刚构箱梁,引桥均采用预应力混凝土组合T梁,位于圆曲线上,施工难度较大。对白水峪大桥上部构造的施工技术进行了研究。介绍了其关键施工技术,即0号块的托架施工、箱梁的挂篮悬臂浇筑、箱梁的预应力张拉和合龙段的施工。桥梁的顺利合龙表明,白水峪大桥上部构造的施工技术具有科学性和合理性。
Baishuiyu Bridge,with a total length of 770m,which the main bridge for the variable cross-section of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame box girder and approach spans are prestressed concrete T-beam,is located on the circular curve,the difficulty of construction.For the baishuiyu bridge,the construction technology of its upper structure is studied in this article.The key construction technologies are introduced,which are the bracket construction of No.0 block,the hanging basket cantilever pouring construction of box girder,the prestress tensioning of box girder and the closure segment construction.The results of smoothly closure of the bridge show that the construction technology for superstructure of Baishuiyu Bridge is scientific and rational.
