探析临床免疫检验质量控制的相关措施

目的探讨影响临床免疫检验质量的因素,以及相关的控制措施。方法收集我院在2011年5月-2012年5月期间进行免疫学检验的资料,从临床标本的采集以及保存等有可能对测定结果造成影响的标本因素和测定前的试剂准备等方面进行论述,分析影响检验质量的相关因素,然后制定相关的措施。结果实验室的温度、湿度、试剂平衡时间、标本的质量、洗液的更换情况以及实验员的操作水平都是影响临床免疫检验质量的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论影响临床免疫检验质量的因素有很多,其中试剂平衡时间、实验室的温度以及实验员的操作水平是最重要的因素,在检验的过程中操作人员必须严格按照操作规程进行操作,而且控制好检验前阶段的质量在整个检验过程中属于比较容易忽视的环节,必须引起重视。

Objective To investigate the control of of Clinical Immunology inspection quality measures.Methods Discussed specimen factors and reagent preparation before measurement method immunological test data collected in our hospital during May 2011-2012 in May,likely to affect the measurement results from a clinical specimen collection and preservation to analyze the relevant factors affecting the test quality,and then specify the measures.Results Laboratory temperature,humidity,reagents equilibrium time,the quality of the specimen,the lotion replacement,as well as experimental Members operating level are affecting the quality of the important factors of clinical immunology test（P0.05）.Conclusions Affect clinical immunoassay quality there are many factors,wherein the reagent equilibration time,the temperature in the laboratory as well as the level of operation of the laboratory assistant is the most important factor,in the inspection process,operating personnel must operate strictly in accordance with the rules,and control the quality of the pretest stage are relatively easy to overlook the part of the entire inspection process,must pay attention to.
