肝胆手术后发生胆瘘患者的护理措施分析

Analysis of Occur in Patients with Biliary Fistula after Hepatobiliary Surgery Care Measures

目的探讨舒适护理对于肝胆手术后发生胆瘘患者护理效果,评价其临床价值。方法对2009年6月至2011年12月在本院进行治疗的94例肝胆手术后发生胆瘘患者,随机分为两组,其中对照组(47例)采用常规护理方法,观察组(47例)采用舒适护理,对两组患者的术后引流时间、住院时间及满意度等情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的满意度97.8%(46/47),对照组患者的满意度为80.8%(38/47),观察组患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间及术后引流时间均短于对照组患者,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理用于肝胆手术后发生胆瘘患者的恢复过程中,具有很好的临床效果,不仅能够提高患者的满意度,同时可以减少住院时间及引流时间,具有很好的临床价值。

Objective Explore comfortable biliary fistula care effect for patients who with after hepatobiliary surgery and evaluate for its clinical value.Method The 94 cases of hepatobiliary surgery after treatment in the hospital in June 2009-2011 in December biliary fistula patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（47 cases） had used conventional methods of care,the observation group（47 cases） had used comfort care,then to compare the two groups of patients with postoperative drainage time,hospitalization time and satisfaction circumstances.Results The satisfaction of the observation group were 97.8%（46/47） and the satisfaction of the patients in the control group was 80.8%（38/47）,in which the satisfaction of observation group as higher than control group（P〈0.05）.the patient’s hospitalized time of observation group and postoperative drainage time as shorter as patients of the control group so that is the difference between the two groups was has statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Take the comfort care for hepatobiliary surgery in patient’s recovery process after biliary fistula has good clinical effect which is not only improve patient satisfaction but also can reducing hospitalization time and drainage time as the same time so it’s has good clinical value.
