儿童呼吸机相关性肺炎的病原菌分析及护理措施研究

Analysis of Pathogenic Bacteria and Study the Nursing Measures of Ventilator Associated Pneumonia in Children

目的研究分析儿童呼吸机相关性肺炎的常见病原菌类型,并探讨综合护理对儿童呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理效果。方法以2009年3月至2012年5月我院收治的60例使用呼吸机治疗且发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的儿童为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,总结其常见病原菌类型,并总结护理干预措施。结果 60例患者中,革兰阳性菌感染11例,革兰阴性菌感染47例,真菌感染2例。结论小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的病原菌类型较多,需要护士在临床工作中给予针对性的综合护理,包括口腔护理、强化手部清洁消毒、严格执行床头抬高,加强呼吸道管理。

Objective Study of children of ventilator-associated pneumonia common pathogen type,and to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care of the children of ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods To our hospital from March 2009 to May 2012,60 cases of ventilator therapy and occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia children for the study,a retrospective analysis of the clinical data,summarize the common pathogens types,And summarize the nursing interventions.Results 60 patients,Gram-positive bacterial infections in 11 cases,47 cases of Gram-negative infections,fungal infection in 2 cases.Conclusion Many types of pediatric ventilator associated pneumonia pathogens,you need to give targeted care nurses in the clinical work,including oral care,strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of the hands,and to strictly to perform bedside raise and strengthen the respiratory tract.
