脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A_2与短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉不稳定粥样斑块的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者颈动脉不稳定粥样斑块的关系。方法本研究通过对入组的TIA患者及对照者进行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血浆Lp-PLA2水平。结果短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉不稳定粥样斑块组Lp-PLA2水平高于稳定粥样斑块组及无斑块组(P<0.05)。(P<0.01)。结论血清Lp-PLA2是评价短暂性脑缺血发作的危险因素的生物学指标之一,检测血清Lp-PLA2可以评价颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性。
