右美托嘧啶滴鼻与口服在婴幼儿镇静效果的临床比较 被引量:2

摘要 右美托咪啶为高效、高选择性的α2-肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、交感神经抑制等作用,呼吸抑制和药物依赖的发生率较低,故很多医疗机构都将其用于儿科患者[1],以减轻患儿与家长分离而导致的焦虑,有人认为口服右美托咪定的生物利用度差,建议采用经鼻滴入的方式给药。本研究的目的是比较滴鼻与口服右美托咪啶两种方式用于婴幼儿术前用药之后的意识状态、与父母分离时情绪状态以及对面罩吸入诱导的耐受程度。
