256层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在左心室室壁瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨256层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在诊断左心室室壁瘤中的应用价值。方法回顾性地分析经256层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像诊断的48例左心室室壁瘤患者,并与彩色多普勒超声(RT-3DE)、磁共振成像、数字减影血管造影检查结果对照。结果本组48例中,256层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像诊断左心室室壁瘤准确率为96%,检出率为100%。结论彩色多普勒超声、数字减影血管造影、256层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在诊断左心室室壁瘤的过程中具有较高的临床应用价值,256层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像以其独特的优势,可作为本病影像学检查的必要手段。
