不同浓度七氟醚对小儿术后苏醒期烦躁的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同浓度七氟醚对小儿术后苏醒期烦躁的影响。方法将150例接受腺样体手术的学龄前儿童随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,观察组给予低浓度七氟醚维持,对照组给予高浓度七氟醚维持。结果观察组的拔管时间少于对照组的拔管时间,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组的瑞芬太尼用量及PAED评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论吸入七氟醚的浓度与小儿术后苏醒期的烦躁发生率无明确相关性,临床上对小儿各种短小手术,仍然应当以低浓度七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉为主。
