ACCM治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床分析

Analysis of Curative Effectiveness of ACCM on Viral Myocarditis

目的研究ACCM治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 80例疗病毒性心肌炎患者分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ,Ⅰ组40人为对照,采用西药常规对症治疗和支持治疗。Ⅱ组40人,采用抗柯萨奇B心肌炎胶囊(ACCM)治疗。结果经治疗后,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组两组治疗方法都有着一定的功效,与治疗前相比,都有着一定的改善,两组相比较来看,Ⅰ组对照临床有效率为80%,Ⅱ组临床有效率为92.5%,Ⅱ组的治疗疗效明显优于对照组Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论 ACCM治疗病毒性心肌炎有着较好的医疗效果,值得在临床上推广研究。

Objective To research the efficacy of ACCM therapy for viral myocarditis.Methods 80 cases of viral myocarditis patients were divided into two groupsⅠ andⅡ,group Ⅰ40,treated with western medicine and conventional therapy;group Ⅱ40,treated with ACCM.Results We found both groups had effect on viral myocarditis.Compared with before treatment,both groups had better effect on viral myocarditis.Compared the two groups,The clinical efficiency of group Ⅰwas 80%,and group Ⅱwas 92.5%.The therapy of group Ⅱhad better efficacy than group Ⅰ（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ACCM for patients with viral myocarditis had a certain effect,we should spread it in clinical research.
