摘要
目的研究HBD-2在寻常疣中表达和意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测25例寻常疣皮损组织、20例寻常型银屑病皮损组织、15例正常人皮肤组织石蜡标本中HBD-2在皮损中表达。结果寻常疣患者与银屑病患者相比,HBD-2水平低于银屑病阳性对照组,较正常人皮肤组织表达高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HBD-2可能参与寻常疣免疫调节过程,并在发病机制中起一定作用。
Objective To explore the expressions and significance of HBD-2 in the verruca vulgaris.Methods Twenty five samples of verruca vulgaris skin,twenty samples of psorias vulgaris and fifteen samples of normal skin were analyzed by Elivision immunohistochemical technique for the expressions of HBD-2.Results Compared with those of psorias vulgaris,HBD-2 were more lowly expressions in the verruca vulgaris.The expression of HBD-2 was higher than in the normal skin.（all P0.05）.Conclusion HBD-2 may participate in verruca vulgar immune adjustment process,and be involved in the pathogenesis of verruca vulgaris.
