舒适护理干预对择期剖宫产产妇术后康复进程的影响

The Influence of Comfortable Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation Process of Elective Cesarean Section

目的探讨舒适护理干预用于择期剖宫产产妇术后康复进程的临床效果。方法选取我院妇产科2010年8月至2012年8月行剖宫产手术生产产妇120例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组产妇60例,采用常规护理干预措施,舒适护理干预组产妇60例,采用舒适护理干预措施;比较两组产妇术后排气时间、术后排尿时间、下床活动时间、住院时间,术后VAS评分、术后24h睡眠时间、术后镇痛药物使用率,术后并发症发生率及护理满意度等。结果舒适护理干预组产妇术后排气时间、术后排尿时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、术后VAS评分、术后24h睡眠时间、术后镇痛药物使用率、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预能够显著促进择期剖宫产产妇术后康复,缩短住院时间,缓解术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度,改善生活质量,具有临床推广使用价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of comfortable nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation process of elective cesarean section. Methods 120 women with elective cesarean section were chose in the period from August 2010 to August 2012 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group （60 patients） with conventional nursing intervention and comfortable nursing intervention group （60 patients） with comfortable nursing intervention; and the postoperative exhaust time, postoperative voiding time, ambulation time, hospital stay, postoperative VAS score, sleep time in 24h after surgery, utilization rate, incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of both groups were compared. Results The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative voiding time, ambulation time, hospital stay, postoperative VAS score, sleep time in 24h after surgery, utilization rate, incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of comfortable nursing intervention group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can efficiently promote the recovery process of elective cesarean section, shorter hospital stay, relieve postoperative pain, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, improve care satisfaction and life quality, and is worthy of clinical application.
