上消化道大出血的护理体会

The Nursing Experience of Massive Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探讨上消化道大出血的护理经验。方法回顾分析本院2009～2012年收住86例上消化道大出血患者的病历和护理记录。结果死亡8例,治愈出院78例。结论积极做好基础护理,同时加强病情观察,重视心理护理及健康教育,重点观察有无再出血迹象、血压和心率的变化,密切配合医师积极抢救,是提高护理质量及提高抢救成功率的关键。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A retrospective analysis of the medical records and nursing records of 86 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients admitted to our hospital during 2009-2012.Results 8 patients died,78 cases were cured.Conclusion To carry out basic nursing actively,at the same time,to strengthen the observation,pay attention to psychological care and health education,focus on the observation of the presence or absence of signs of rebleeding,blood pressure and heart rate changes,cooperate with doctors to rescue actively,is the key to improve the quality of care and improve the success rate.
