摘要
目的探讨提升血液检验室间质量控制管理水平的措施及效果。方法采取多项措施加强血站室间质量控制管理,对室间质评样本进行检测并统计回报结果。结果通过强化血液检验室间质量管理,近2009～2011年4项传染病标志物检测结果总准确率为100%,ALT也为100%。结论提高血液检验的室间质量控制管理水平,对于保证血液质量具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the measures and effects of improving external quality control and management levels in blood test.Methods Lots of measures to strengthen the management of external quality control in blood bank were enforced.EQA samples were tested and results were reported.Results External quality control and management levels were improved.During recent2009-2011 years the total accuracy rate of four infectious disease markers was 100%,and the accuracy rate of ALT was 100% too.Conclusion Exaltation of external quality control and management levels is significant to ensure blood quality.
