Content Determination of Paeoniflorin in Hongchuanlong Capsules

目的建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定红川龙胶囊中君药芍药苷的含量。方法以ASB C18（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）（Agel公司）为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸（V/V,14∶86）为流动相;流速：1.0mL/min;检测波长：230nm。结果芍药苷在25~150μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为98.84%,RSD值为1.91%。结论该方法简便、易操作,专属性强,重复性好,可用于红川龙胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin in Hongchuanlong capsules by HPLC.Methods The Agela ASB C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）column was used.The mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution（V/V,14：86）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 25~150μg/mL（r=0.9997）.The average recovery was 98.84 % with a RSD of 1.91%.Conclusion The method is fast,reliable,accurate and reproducible.It could be used in the quality control of Paeoniflorin in Hongchuanlong capsules.
