中药联合无环鸟苷治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎

Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acyclovir Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis

目的探讨中药联合无环鸟苷治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效。方法抽取175例单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者病例,观察组90例用中药联合无环鸟苷治疗。对照组85用无环鸟苷治疗,观察治疗效果。结果痊愈率和总有效率观察组分别为89.36%和96.35%,对照组分别为70.18%和89.47%。总有效率两组比较差异有统计学意义,χ2=4.66,P<0.05。观察组患者治疗时间明显短于对照组;病情复发率明显低于对照组;治疗前后视力水平和荧光素染色评分改善幅度明显大于对照组。结论中药联合无环鸟苷治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效显著。

Objective To study Chinese medicine combined with acyclovir in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods selected 175 cases of patients with herpes simplex keratitis a case,the observation group 90 cases by traditional Chinese medicine combined with acyclovir in the treatment of.A control group of 85 with acyclovir treatment,curative effect.Results The cure rate and the total efficiency of the observation group were 89.36% and 96.35%,the control group were 70.18% and 89.47%.The total efficiency of two groups had significant difference,χ2= 4.66,P 0.05.The patients in the observation group treatment time significantly shorter than the control group;relapse rate was significantly lower than that in the control group;before and after treatment visual acuity level and fluorescein staining score improved significantly greater than the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acyclovir in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis curative effect remarkable.
