摘要
对小型履带式起重机常用的卷扬离合器及制动装置进行分析,通过对该机构的机械和液压部分的合理设计及相互配合,从而达到安全控制该机构的目的。该机构已在起重机上经过反复验证,具备操作简单、安全可控的使用要求,并在150t级以下的履带起重机上得到广泛应用。
The paper researches on the clutch & brake system of winch on the crawler crane, through professional designing the system between mechanical and hydraulic system, in order we can use the function safely. The system has been test on our crane and had been popularized on them of below 150 tons.
