后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰段脊柱骨折临床分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰段脊柱骨折的方法及临床效果。方法选取老年胸腰段脊柱骨折患者30例,进行后路经椎弓根内固定联合椎体成形术治疗,比较术前及术后1月、6月患者的椎体前后缘压缩率和脊柱后突Cobb角。结果本组骨水泥渗漏发生率6.7%,无内固定失败案例,术后1月及6月患者脊柱后突Cobb角、椎体前后缘压缩率均显著低于手术前(P<0.05)。结论后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰段脊柱骨折能较好的恢复椎体良好的生物力学强度,有效复位伤椎,重建伤椎的前柱强度,降低内固定失败率和骨水泥渗漏率,值得临床重视,
