应用无痛护理技术提高手术室护理质量的研究

目的探讨手术室实施无痛护理技术对手术室护理质量的影响,寻求优质护理措施。方法选取2011年1月-2013年1月84例行择期手术病人,随机把全部病人分为观察组与对照组,每组42例,对照组患者采用常规的护理干预,观察组患者采用无痛护理技术,主要包括术前无痛技术、术中舒适无痛护理、术后恢复护理及术后随访等细节方面的无痛方法,观察并对比两组患者术前及术时心率与血压等生理指标,患者对手术的满意程度等,对所得结果进行统计学分析。结果对照组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压均高于观察组,而观察组患者满意率高于对照组,两组各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室实施无痛护理能够增加择期手术患者的舒适度,确保其在术中血压、心律等指标的平稳,提高手术室护理质量及患者满意程度,降低手术室的护理风险,减少医患间的纠纷,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

Objective To investigate the effect of painless operation room nursing intervention on nursing quality of operation room, seek high quality nursing measures. Methods Patients from January 2011 to January 2013, 84 patients undergoing elective operation, according to random number principle divided into observation group and control group, each 42 cases, the control group received the routine nursing care, observation group painless nursing, including preoperative, intraoperative analgesia, painless, postoperative nursing and comfort after the restoration of nursing and postoperative analgesia methods after follow-up details, observed and compared two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative heart rate and blood pressure and other physiological indexes of operation, patient satisfaction, for statistical analysis of the results. Results In the control group, patients with heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure is higher than the observation group, while the patients in the observation group satisfaction rate higher than that of the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Operation room painless nursing can increase the comfort of patients undergoing elective operation, ensure that the blood pressure, cardiac index during the operation smoothly, improve nursing quality of operation room and patient satisfaction, reduce the risk of nursing in operation room, reduce medical disputes, has clinical wide application prospects.
