Alone with the booming development on information technicanolgy, many enterprises have saved a lot of history data through years movement.These datases insides contain abundant information, how to mine, develop and utiliaze these datases, from which acquire the latent and worthy knowledge（ model or rule）, make this accumulation well used to guide the enterprise operation and decision has beening became the focus of the concern.Reply to these needs, Data Mining, a technology which transfer the data into useful information gradually become the hop topic in recent years. Currently, more and more managment staff are using the DM tools to solve the crucial business matters and help with decision making.This thesis will refer to the needs in the actual work, try to investigate how to use the Data Mining technology, throught data anlysis to help with the cost forcaset in normal operation.
