摘要
随着用户需求不断升级,要想在竞争激烈的互联网世界做出足够吸引用户的优秀产品,就必须进行深刻的用户研究。kano模型作为一种定性的分析模型,近年来常被作为互联网产品功能需求分析的用户研究工具,用以提高产品的用户体验度。本文以某商业手机搜索客户端为例,介绍其在移动互联网产品用户研究中的应用。通过这一案例说明利用kano模型在产品设计阶段识别及区分用户需求从而缩短初次开发周期、降低设计成本、打造功能亮点占领市场、提升用户体验的方法。
In pace with the user needs constant upgrading.We must do user research deeply to make our product attractive enough in the competitive intemet product world. As a qualitative researchingmodle, to improve the user experience of the product, Kano's Modleis used as the tool of user research in Function Requirement Analysis of internet product in resent years. This paper introduced the application in User Experience of Internet with take a. study case on a moblephone's search client software. And to show how to use kano'smodle to dentify and distinguishuser needs in order to shorten the product development cycle,reduce design costs,Create a bright function spot to capture market and improve the user experience on product's design period.
