摘要
提出用于光斑能量密度可视化分析的方法,先通过对准分子激光光斑图像进行预处理,再对光斑波面采用泽尼克多项式进行波前拟合和重构,并利用伪彩色技术将激光光斑的256级灰度图像变换为连续变化的伪彩色图像,通过空间灰度插值运算将离散的图像数据生成光斑的彩色三维模型,实现激光光斑能量分布结构的三维可视化,反映了光斑不同区域能量分布的相对大小和位置,为准分子激光治疗设备质量评判提供重要依据。
The method used for the flare energy density visualization analysis was elaborated in this article. First the spot images were detected and located. Then wave front was fitted based on Zernike polynomial. Finally, A 256 grayscale image of laser spot can be converted into a pseudo-color image by using pseudo-color technique. The testing system fully satisfied the demand of laser energy intensity measurement. It provides an important basis for evaluating excimer laser instruments quality.
