摘要
传统的项目管理软件,已经不能有效解决企业各部门之间工作难以协调、项目进度难以监控等问题,基于公司项目管理的特点及需求,我公司引进了Co-PLAN协同工作平台,实现了项目全过程的控制和跟踪以及工作流程管理的规范化、信息化。
The traditional project management software has been not to effectively solve the problem of difficult coordination between various departments of the enterprise, and difficult monitor the progress of the project etc. Based on the characteristics and requirements of the project management of the company, we have introduced the CO-PLAN collaborative work platform to achieve the project whole process control and track, ancl the workflow management standardization and information.
