邢台市水资源合理利用及对策分析

Reasonable Utilization and Countermeasure Analysis of Water Resources in Xingtai City

邢台市是资源性缺水地区，水资源匮乏制约国民经济的发展。通过对邢台市水资源供需平衡分析，水资源形势依然严峻。要保持国民经济可持续发展，必须合理开发利用水资源。具体措施为开展农业节水、工业节水和生活节水等；开展中水利用、咸水利用、雨洪资源利用等；充分利用外流域调水等措施。

City is an area with very shortage of water resources, which restricts the development of economy. Water supply and demand balance a- nalysis proves that water resources situation is still a serious problem in Xingtai City. To ensure the sustainable development of national econo- my,water resources must be used reasonably. Three concrete measures to resolve shortage of water resources are proposed： the first is to devel- op technology of agricultural water saving, industrial water saving and life saving; the second is to develop the utilization of reclaimed water, sa- line water and rain flood resources;and the last one is to make the best use of water transfers from other watershed.
