迁安市城市水环境改善探索与实践

The Explore and Practice for Urban Water Environment Improvement in Qian＇an

结合迁安市水环境现状及存在问题，探索了水环境改善的途径：一是水陆综合治理，二是城市内部综合整治，三是工程措施和生态措施联合并举。并通过迁安市水环境改善实践，提出城市水环境改善的重点措施是：加强水资源管理，着力修复水资源；强化节约用水，充分利用中水；着力控制点源污染，加强治理面源污染；着力修复污染河段，强化改善水环境。

According to t he problems in water environment in Qian＇an,it put forward the ways of water environment improvement. The first is in tegrated management to land and water. The second is overall management to the whole city. And the third is engineering and ecological meas ures. The key measures are strengthening water resources management and recovery,implementing water-saving and using the grey water, con trolling point pollutant and non-point pollutant, recovering polluted river section and improving water environment.
