扬州邗江区防汛工作的对策分析

Flood Control Strategies in Hanjiang District in Yangzhou

邗江汛期受淮河行洪和长江潮汐影响，一遇降雨，涝水易涨难消，防汛压力巨大。近年来该区根据雨情、水情、工情特点，立足抓早、抓细、抓实，强化防洪工程和应急能力建设，狠抓薄弱环节，注重整体推进，夯实各项工作基础，切实增强了防汛抗灾救灾工作的针对性和有效性，成功防御了多年雨涝和洪水，保证了防汛安全。

Hanjiang District is influenced by flood and tide of Huai river in flood season, and once it rains, the flood rises and is hard to be dis- charged. Flood prevention requires a lot of work. In recent years, according to rain and water regime, focusing on reacting early, meticulously and firmly, this district strengthen flood control project and the construction of emergency capacity, pay special attention to weak links, emphasize advancing on the whole, and lay solid foundation for kinds of work, so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of flood control and disaster- relief work and successfully defend flood for many years, ensuring the flood control safety.
