摘要
西部小城镇具有经济欠发达、管理技术水平相对落后等特点,根据四川省黑龙滩镇污水处理厂的污水排放量、进水水质特点和出水水质要求,结合当地地处边远山区,污水处理厂运营及管理技术力量相对较弱的情况,选择具有除磷脱氮功能,且工艺较简单的改良型的Carrousel(A^2/c)氧化沟工艺,作为四川省仁寿县黑龙滩镇的污水处理的主体工艺。该工程设计具有适合西部小城镇现状、污水处理效能高、工程投资和运行成本低、运营管理方便等特点。
Small towns in western China are characterized by their undeveloped economy and relatively outdated technology. Heilongtan Town lo- cated at remote and mountain area where technical support was deficient. Taking its technical and economic condition into consideration, the sim- ple and modified Carrousel(A^2/C)oxidation ditch was employed based on its influent quality and effluent requirement. This engineering design could achieve high efficiency at low cost and convenient operation,which was suitable for the situation in western China.
