In 1953, the Central Propaganda Department regulated after the Yishan Farmer Newspaper Event that ＂Party newspapers should not criticize the sibling party committees＂. The article argues that this event was not handled rigorously by departments that were concerned. It is positive that Yishan Farmer Newspaper criticized Yishan local Committee of CPC.
